Betta Fish Question??
i got 5 betta fish since they were so cheap and on sale and i got 3 males and two females i got them a fish bowl to live in about 1 gallon, i cant afford a filter or heater so i just put them in hot water because someone told me that they were suppose to be in atleast 95 degrees Fahrenheit. I’m pretty sure they’ll be happy for years. Is there anything i’m doing wrong or missing anything.
They’re supposed to be in at least 75degF nootttt 95. They will boil.
And males can’t live together. Please please please take them back or seperate them all. Also 1 gallon for 5 bettas? That’s why too little. Get like a 10 gallon tank, divide it 5 way and put them each in separate compartments.
They won’t live happily for years, ’cause they’re gonna kill each other.
As a last resort get 5 large bowls, separate them into a bowl each and try provide adequate tanks for them sometime in the near future.
